Black leather buddy seat comes with a three piece leather skirt with orange rosettes. Made in the U.S.A. Skirt has two holes on each side which will accept handle set. Steel formed baseplate with rib design is as original and accepts "T" bar mount systems. Mounting holes for the rail and seat mount are 3/8" - 24 UNF internal thread. Order mount hardware separately.
