Gas tank has a left side petcock opening, and a fuel capacity of 4.2 gallons. The tank includes an aircraft type cap installed. The tank is for carburetor type models. The back of the tank is stretched 2", and does not affect the mounts. This gives the gas tank a cleaner, more custom look. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. It requires sanding and primer. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. The petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of the petcock. It is suggested to pressure test the tank and use a tank sealer. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition, and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion.
