Right side rear axle spacer is for use on star hub wheels. Can be used on a frame with an inside width of 10-3/4". Order axle separately. Spacers are required for installation of a mechanical brake drum assembly on Evo style rigid frame, like #51-1957 or #51-1948, which have 10-3/4" rear axle plate spacing on the inside, whereas stock rigid is 8-3/4".
